SCRUM The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time
Scrum: the project management framework that transformed how software development companies work and forever changed our concept of high productivity. Now, Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of this innovative solution, authors an excellent book that delivers the insights sure to revolutionize any (and every!) type of company willing to adopt Scrum.
Outside of tech, few businesses have implemented (or are even aware) of the proven system that gives small teams the structure, processes and resulting momentum to create rapid change. While the book is focused more on the "why" Scrum is effective, there are still plenty of rich details that describe "how" teams can accomplish more in less time.
Personally, I'm a big fan of the format -- which provides excellent, easy to consume, summaries (called "The Takeaway") at the conclusion of each chapter. The hardcover is less than 20 cents more than the Kindle edition and an Audible (or Audio) version is also available. Since this business book offers references and How-To content, I recommend digital, paperback or hardcover over audio.
